HeavenFeel Gifts is an online store that specializes in personalized and custom-made gifts such as LED neon signs, photo frames, customized table tops, and more. Every product is carefully made based on your specific requirements.
We are committed to creating products that make your special moments more memorable.
2. Service Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old or use the website under parental supervision.
- By using our site, you confirm that all details you provide (like your name, address, email, and contact number) are accurate and up to date.
3. Product Information
All our products are made on order, based on the customization details you provide (like names, photos, or messages). Please make sure all details entered while placing the order are correct. We are not responsible for errors made by customers during order placement.
Since our products are made specially for you, please double-check your customization details before making the payment.
4. Order Process
- Browse products and select customization.
- Complete the order and make payment via Razorpay.
- You will receive confirmation by email/WhatsApp.
- We will then start production.
Once your order is placed and paid, it cannot be canceled or changed because production starts almost immediately.
5. Delivery & Shipping
- Orders are shipped only within India.
- Expected delivery time is 5 to 12 working days.
- Most of our products are delivered within 7 days, but sometimes delays may occur due to high demand, holidays, weather, or courier issues.
- We offer free shipping across India with no hidden charges.
6. Payment Policy
- All payments are collected in advance through Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Wallets, Net Banking).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available due to the personalized nature of our products.
7. Return & Refund Policy
As our products are custom-made and personalized for each customer, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless there is a genuine issue like product damage during shipping.
Damaged Product Terms:
- We only consider replacement requests if a full unboxing video (without pause or cuts) is shared showing the damage clearly.
- The video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened.
- You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Late complaints will not be accepted.
- If our team confirms the damage after checking the video, we will offer a free replacement.
8. Product Quality & Disclaimer
We make every effort to match the final product with the design and previews shown, but:
- There might be minor differences due to lighting, screen colors, and hand-finishing.
- We are not responsible for customization errors submitted by the customer.

We collect personal information (name, email, phone number, address) only for:
- Processing your orders
- Communicating order updates
- Providing customer service
