Just select your product, add customization details (like name, photo, or text), and complete the payment. Once done, we’ll start making your order.

3. Can I make changes after placing an order?
No. Since all our products are customized and made to order, we cannot make changes after the order is confirmed and paid. Please double-check all details before placing your order.

4. Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as we start processing them immediately.

5. Do you deliver all over India?
Yes! We offer free shipping across India for all our products.

6. How long does delivery take?
Our usual delivery timeline is 5 to 12 business days. Most orders are delivered within 7 days.

7. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via WhatsApp or email to track your shipment.

8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods through Razorpay, including UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets.

9. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No. As all products are made-to-order, COD is not available.

10. Can I return my product if I don’t like it?
No. Since our products are customized specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

11. What if I receive a damaged product?
If your product is damaged during delivery, we offer a free replacement.
Just follow these steps:

  • Record a full unboxing video without any cuts
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share the video via WhatsApp at 6304933255 or email heavenfeelgifts@gmail.com
    If verified, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost.
