At HeavenFeelGifts.com, we take great care in crafting personalized gifts that create lifelong memories. Every product is custom-made just for you, and we ensure it goes through strict quality checks before dispatch.

However, if an issue arises, please read our refund and replacement policy below:

1. Damaged or Defective Products

We only offer replacements (not refunds) in case the product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

To request a replacement, the following steps must be followed:

📹 Unboxing Video is Mandatory
You must record an unboxing video without any cuts or pauses. The video must start from the moment you begin opening the sealed package.
🕒 Contact Within 24 Hours
Send the unboxing video along with a brief description of the issue to our customer support team at:

✅ Verification
Our team will review the video. If the damage is confirmed as per our guidelines, we will send a free replacement of the same product.

❗ Requests made after 24 hours of delivery or without an unboxing video will not be eligible for replacement.

2. Out-of-Stock Items

In the rare event that an item you ordered becomes unavailable after payment:

We will notify you immediately.
A full refund will be issued for the out-of-stock item.
Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

3. No Returns or Refunds for Customized Products

Since all our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason other than damage during delivery (as outlined above).
