We currently ship orders across all locations in India. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

All our products are custom-made. We start processing your order after receiving full payment and customization details.

  • Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days
  • Production Time: 2 to 5 business days depending on the product
  • Shipping Time: 2 to 5 business days (based on your location)

Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 12 business days
Most orders are delivered within 7 days. Delays may occur during festivals, high-demand seasons, or due to courier service issues.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping across India on all orders.
There are no hidden charges or additional delivery fees.

4. Shipping Partner

We use reliable courier services such as Delhivery, DTDC, Bluedart, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery of your packages.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will share a tracking link via WhatsApp or email so you can track your package in real-time.

6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct while placing the order.

  • If the address is incorrect or incomplete, we are not responsible for delivery failures or delays.
  • Re-shipping due to wrong address may result in extra charges.

7. Damage During Shipping

If your package is damaged during delivery:

  • Record a full unboxing video without cuts
  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product
  • Share the video and issue via WhatsApp (6304933255) or email (heavenfeelgifts@gmail.com)

After verification, we may offer a free replacement if the issue is genuine.

8. Delays Due to Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters
  • Political issues or lockdowns
  • Courier partner delays
  • Festive season traffic

However, we’ll always keep you updated and support you in such cases.
